You have probably worked out that the fundamentals of losing weight are pretty straightforward. Find an eating plan that works for you and burn off more than you take in. Giving up wheat and dairy are naturally great starts to losing weight, as is a carb reducing diet. The other simple model is merely portion reduction - eat half to two thirds of what you're eating now and you'll lose weight (as long as you are exercising). It isn't difficult and you shouldn't become discouraged. I come in when you need help for your mind stop focusing on food or thinking there is some comfort in eating.
